SMS Notifications Consent

How You Opt-In

Flowstate Industrial customers can opt-in to receive SMS notifications through their account settings page. After logging into the customer portal, users can:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Notifications
  2. Toggle "SMS Notifications" to enabled
  3. Enter their mobile phone number
  4. Click "Save Preferences"

What Messages You'll Receive

SMS notifications are used exclusively for critical operational alerts related to your industrial IoT monitoring, including:

  • Equipment alerts (high vibration, temperature warnings)
  • Critical threshold notifications
  • System status updates
  • Account security notifications

Message frequency varies based on your equipment status. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of SMS notifications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message
  • Disabling SMS in your account settings
