Customer provides:

Locate the control panel network port
The Allrounder GESTICA control has an RJ45 Ethernet port on the rear of the control column. Earlier SELOGICA controls have a separate Ethernet module.

Connect Ethernet to edge node
Run Cat6 from the machine network port to the Flowstate CL260 edge node. Use a static IP in the 10.0.100.x range.

Verify EUROMAP 77 option
On the GESTICA touchscreen, go to Setup > Communication > EUROMAP 77. Confirm the OPC-UA server is listed. If not present, contact Arburg for licensing.

Enable EUROMAP 77 OPC-UA server
GESTICA: Setup > Communication > EUROMAP 77 > Enable. Note the OPC-UA endpoint URL (format: opc.tcp://<ip>:4840).

Configure namespace
EUROMAP 77 standardizes the data namespace for injection molding machines. Key nodes: cycle time, clamp force, barrel temperatures, shot count, machine state.

Browse OPC-UA namespace
Connect to opc.tcp://<machine-ip>:4840 using UaExpert or Flowstate diagnostics. The EUROMAP 77 namespace should show standardized machine data.

Verify in Flowstate
Machine appears in dashboard with cycle time, temperatures, clamp force, and shot count within 60 seconds.
