"Can't I just buy the hardware myself?"
You can — the hardware is commercially available. But integrating Sparkplug B, ISA-95 hierarchy, store-and-forward, alerting, dashboards, and OEE tracking typically costs $30,000-$50,000 in consulting fees and 3-6 months of project time. We include all of that in your subscription.
"What happens after 12 months?"
The hardware transfers to you. You own it. Your subscription continues month-to-month for cloud monitoring, alerts, and support — or you can cancel anytime.
"Do I need to change my network?"
No. The system runs on its own cellular connection (5G/LTE) with the included router. Zero IT involvement. We don't touch your existing network.
