Customer provides:
- CELOS IoT Connector license (if not included)
- Network access
Physical Connection

Locate network port
CELOS control panel has an Ethernet port on the side or back.

Connect to edge node
Cat6 from CELOS network port to Flowstate edge node.

Configure network
CELOS: Settings > Network. Static IP in 10.0.100.x range.
Machine Configuration

Enable IoT Connector
CELOS: Apps > IoT Connector > Enable OPC-UA Server.
IoT Connector may require a DMG Mori license activation.

Set OPC-UA endpoint
Default: opc.tcp://<ip>:4840. No authentication required for local network.
Verification

Browse OPC-UA
Use UaExpert or the Flowstate diagnostics to browse the OPC-UA address space.

Machine appears in Flowstate with status and spindle data.
