Customer provides:

Locate CC300 control network port
The CC300 control unit has an Ethernet port on the back panel. The e-mac series uses a standard RJ45 connection.

Connect to edge node
Cat6 from the CC300 Ethernet port to the Flowstate edge node. Set static IP on the machine.

Enable OPC-UA (EUROMAP 77)
CC300 touchscreen: Menu > Communication > EUROMAP 77 > Server enabled. The default port is 4840.
EUROMAP 77 support was added in CC300 software version 3.6+. Check machine software version in the 'Info' screen.

Test OPC-UA connection
Browse to opc.tcp://<ip>:4840. The EUROMAP 77 namespace provides standardized injection molding data including cycle time, temperatures, and shot count.
