Customer provides:

Locate Ethernet port
Fanuc 31i/0i controller has an Ethernet port on the main unit.

Connect Ethernet
Cat6 from controller to Flowstate edge node.

Configure IP
Fanuc controller: SYSTEM > Embedded Ethernet > IP Address.

Enable FOCAS2
Parameter 903.4 = 1 (enable Ethernet function). Parameter 904 = port number (default 8193).
FOCAS2 may require a Fanuc software option purchase.

Test FOCAS2 connection
Flowstate edge node automatically detects FOCAS2 devices and begins polling.

Fallback: CT clamp
If FOCAS2 is not available, attach a CT101 current clamp for basic on/off and power monitoring.
