What You Need

Cat6 Ethernet cableIncluded in kit
Flowstate CL260 edge nodeIncluded in kit

Customer provides:

  • Network access
  • Insight Centerpoint license (for advanced analytics)

Physical Connection

  1. 1

    Locate network port

The Auto-Axcess 450 has an EtherNet/IP port on the rear (standard on all Auto-Axcess models for robotic integration).

  2. 2

    Connect Ethernet

Cat6 from the rear Ethernet port to the Flowstate edge node.

  3. 3

    Set IP address

Use the front panel: Setup > Network > IP Address. Or configure via Miller Insight Centerpoint software. Static IP in 10.0.100.x range.

Machine Configuration

  1. 1

    Enable Insight data

In the configuration menu, enable weld data output. Miller Insight Centerpoint captures per-weld parameter data.

  2. 2

    Set weld limits

Configure weld parameter limits (voltage/current/WFS windows) so the system flags out-of-spec welds automatically.

Verification

  1. 1

    Test weld verification

Run a test weld. Verify voltage, current, and wire feed speed appear in the edge node data stream.

  2. 2

    Dashboard check

Welder appears in Flowstate with weld parameters, duty cycle, and consumable usage.

Available Metrics (8)

Arc voltage (V)
Weld current (A)
Wire feed speed (in/min)
Gas flow rate (CFH)
Duty cycle (%)
Consumable usage (lbs wire)
Arc-on time (hours)
Weld fault/out-of-spec count
